Customers need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your trip.
Your rental will start and end at the time agreed at the time you pay. If your rental is from 10 am to 6 pm and you arrive late, your time will start at 10 am and will end at 6 pm Please arrive on time to avoid this!
This boat has a sound system, Bluetooth, COOLER, and bimini top.
You can bring food and drinks (Alcoholic beverages accepted).
We also offer services like:
JETSKI: Jetskis get dropped off at your location (wherever the boat is) for you to use! as many as 3 jet skis can be rented at once ($150/hr each jetski)
CATERING: Are you in a hotel? hard to buy, Ice, food, etc? no problem! we buy it for you and is delivered to your boat prior to your arrival. (You are handed the receipt depending on your needs and a 20% service charge is added to the receipt) that's it!
REFUND POLICY
We refund 100% of your money if:
- Trip is canceled within 4 business days of the scheduled trip.
- Covid-19 cancellation policy: The renter (not the guests) must be the person carrying the virus. Also, for a full refund, a POSITIVE covid-19 test must be sent to us within 5 days.
- Covid-19 cancellation policy: If the renter cannot or fails to provide a POSITIVE covid-19 test within 5 days, ONLY a 20% refund will be applied.
- SAME DAY CANCELLATION IF 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY AT THE TIME OF YOUR CHARTER.
