Adult life vests for number of passengers on board, you must bring your own child life vest as children under six must wear life vests at all times.
Rules:
⛔️❌Brand new clothing will bleed when wet and may cause major damage on the seats. No jeans, unwashed towels or unwashed bathing suit, red wine, curries, turmeric, tomato sauce, berries, spray tan, sprays and so on. Sunscreen may be applied 15 minutes prior to boarding. None while onboard as this may cause damage to seats.
????????Shoes (boat shoes included) are strictly forbidden, Note: This is a NON SMOKING vessel.

Security Deposit $250 taken on the day of the rental/refunded at end of day if no damages, repairs or extensive/detailed cleaning is needed.
Full Cash balance due prior to boarding - if credit card payment must be paid in full 48 hours prior to departure.
REFUND POLICY
We refund 100% of your money if:
- 51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami
Beach as location.
- Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
- In any other case both parties agree.
