**Must have boating experience to operate. No exceptions and no refund if you can not demonstrate that you know how to safely operate the boat.
*Must abide by the laws and regulations on the Lake.
*Gas is not included; please fill the tank up on the lake and return it with a full tank or you will be charged $3.50 per gallon.
*Please clean the boat before returning.
*Captain must remain sober while operating the boat.
*Do not take the boat onshore. Use the docks.
*Any damage will be taken out of the deposit.
